Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
- 1 package boneless chicken
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can green chilies chopped
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 can tomatoes chopped
- 1 onion grated
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 3 cans water
- Monterrey Jack & Cheddar cheese
- White Corn Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Grate onion and sauté in oil with chilies.
- Add chicken broth and water.
- Chop chicken into bite size pieces and add to broth mixture.
- Add remaining ingredients, except tortilla chips and cheese.
- Simmer for about 4 hours.
- Serve over hot tortilla chips, sprinkle with cheese.
