Potato Soup

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 T. butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube potatoes.
  2. Add ground beef, butter, salt and pepper together.
  3. Fill pot with water to cover potatoes and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
