- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 T. butter
- salt and pepper
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Add ground beef, butter, salt and pepper together.
- Fill pot with water to cover potatoes and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
