- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine
- French bread cut into pieces and baked until dry.
- Mozzarella & Provolone Cheese slices
- Sauté onions in margarine until done, then pour in the broth.
- Place the bread pieces in individual crocks and then pour broth over the bread.
- Put mozzarella and provolone slices over the crock.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until cheese in brown.
- You may add water to broth to suit your taste.
