- 4 or 5 medium chicken breast
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1–1./2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes
- 1 10 oz. package frozen niblet corn
- 1 9 oz. package frozen butter beans
- 1–10 oz. package frozen okra
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cover chicken with water, boil, then remove from stock pot.
- Add onions, potatoes, tomatoes to stock, and add salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add corn and beans, cook 10 minutes.
- Add okra and cook 5 minutes more.
