
Chef Virginia Willis Skillet Crumble Topping
Ingredients
¼ cup unsalted butter
½ cup almond flour
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add almond flour, oats, brown sugar, and ginger. Stir to combine. Toast over low heat, stirring often until browned,about 3 minutes. Serve at once over fresh fruit, sauteed fruit, or ice cream. Or all of them!
