Hidden Valley Ranch Southwestern Pinwheels

- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix
- 2 green onion minced
- 4 12" flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. diced red pepper
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 can black olives, drained and chopped
- Mix cream cheese, hidden valley and green onions until creamy.
- Spread on tortillas.
- Sprinkle red pepper, celery and olives over each.
- Roll and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Chill 2 hours or over night.
- Cut off ends and cut into 1" slices.
