- 4 to 5 large onions, cut in wedges
- salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 to 4 T. Butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- Saute onions in butter until soft but still firm.
- Put in baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover liberally with cheese.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 350 until browned.
