Vidalia onion casserole version 3

- 3 onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can peas and carrots (drained) can use 1/2 bag frozen
- 15 saltine crackers
- 2 tp 4 T. butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Microwave 3 onions until tender.
- Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup with drained peas and carrots.
- Crush saltines and saute in butter and sprinkle over top.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
