- 6 Vidalia onions
- 6 bouillon cubes
- 6 t. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- Peel onions and scoop out a small hole in the top of each.
- Fill the cavity with a bouillon cube topped with a pat of butter and salt and pepper.
- Cook at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
- Cover with foil.
